Discussion on the intersections of gender, transness and sex work among transwomen in Thailand and the Philippines including those who migrate in Hong Kong.

Discussion on the Chapters on Thailand and the Philippines in TvT Social Experiences of Trans people in The Philippines and Thailand (Alegre et al.; Khangpiboon).

Week 10 : Transness in Cinema

***Assessment:  In Class Essay on the film screened written essay per individual to Reflect and propose improvements on Transgender rights in their respective countries.


***Submission of Final project: Group Video and the Individual MOOC Doing Gender and why it matters
